About Lost Wax Bronze Casting
The creation of original bronze artefacts dates from around 3,500 BC during the period known as the Bronze Age when ornaments, sculptures, tools and weapons were produced. The ‘lost wax’ method was used in classical antiquity and Joy used this to produce her own unique casts.
